I recently purchased this covered roaster and wish I had invested in it years ago! It's so easy to clean, fits an enormous bird and reduces cooking time significantly because it cooks with heat AND steam. I can't believe I've been messing with disposable roasters and tin foil all this time. Let me assure you, your kitchen NEEDS this!

EVERY cook worth their salt (punny ain't I?) should have a covered roaster. They are SO multi-use. Lasagana in the bottom half, chickens, roasts.. you can even use them to make jam!
