My thoughts?THE GOOD:
I am very pleased with this product. We've used it to make home-made granola, whole wheat coconut blend pancakes and I've added it to my curry, all with fantastic results. It smells wonderful and I'm looking forward to incorporating it into so many more recipes. The other major bonus? It has so much more fiber and protein than whole wheat flour and tastes great WITHOUT having to add sweetness. The coconut has a natural sweet flavor, so I don't find myself adding honey or molasses as I do with whole wheat flour recipes.
THE BAD:
I can't say anything would qualify as *bad* about this product, if I were going to be picky though, I might say that it's a little on the heavy side and will make your recipes more dense (much like whole wheat flour) and it's a little pricey.
OVERALL:
I already bought two more packages with my own money. I'm pretty sure that's about as good a testament as you can get.
